Frequently Asked Questions

  • Our goal is to provide a platform where industry professionals can participate in our CEUs and maintain their license while also learning about some of the physicians we work with. Also to provide an outlet for our physicians to nerd out about their speciality!

  • Currently, we are licensed for FL Adjuster, FL RN, and CCM.

    We cannot offer CCM credits consistently due to some of the restraints on the board. Our goal is to offer as many as possible so make sure your checking the “Authorized Credits” under each CEU offering to see if we are offering CCM credits! We may also license in other state in the near future!Also to provide an outlet for our physicians to nerd out about their speciality!

  • Our webinars are offered multiple times throughout the year to give everyone a chance to secure their credits. Unfortunately, per education boards, you can only receive the credit for an individual topic, one time.

  • We will provide a PDF document called, a certificate of participation after every CEU. The certificate will come from me at ozzydiaz@ommktg.com and will include all the details pertaining to the CEU you participated in. It's your responsibility to keep a record of the courses you attend. Unfortunately, there is no way for us to track your attendance on your behalf. We can only input the credits on your behalf. We wish I could!

    • You must login through the link provided to you at registration. The link is what tracks the time spent in a CEU and is what will allow us to authorize your credit or not authorize your credit.

    • You must be able to hear and view the presentation on screen

    • You must attend the full lecture. The lecture is 50-minutes. If you miss a portion of the lecture we'll be unable to authorize your credit.

  • No. If you only call in and do not log in via the link provided to you, your attendance will not be tracked, and we won't be able to grant you credits. Unfortunately, we cannot retroactively provide credits, even if you were on the call for the entire session.
